Our in-house developed V Packing seals are designed for both proprietary Oilenco flow control equipment and compatible with other mainstream flow control equipment.
Material selection is paramount for optimum seal performance. We source a range of high grade, oil industry specification materials suited for the majority of downhole applications including RGD (rapid gas decompression) resistant HNBR, FKM, PTFE & PEEK.
In unison with the correct material selection, seal design is equally critical to ensure optimum performance. Our experience in designing robust packing seals to withstand wear and abuse ensures the seals will work satisfactorily in downhole environments.
All V Packings are designed and batch tested in-house to verify performance.
