The Wire Roller Brush is a slickline deployed, intensive downhole scale and debris removal tool designed primarily for displacing scale deposits from inside safety valves and seal bore nipples.
Where severe scale build up is anticipated, Wire Roller Brush tools can be run in tandem to increase cleaning efficiency.
The wire rollers are configured to ensure full 360° coverage every time the tool runs through a restriction in the well bore. Free rotating wire brush wheels aid the deployment of the tool and greatly reduce flattening of the brushes commonly seen with static brush type tools.
