INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR

We have an opportunity for an internal sales coordinator to join our team in Westhill, Aberdeen. Reporting to the lead sales coordinator, we are looking for someone to work alongside the business development team, who can proactively assist them in providing a timely and qualitative sales service for the company.

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a revenue tracker and communicate across the team as required
  • Ensuring all sales processes are followed and closed out in a timely manner
  • Working with the finance team to hand over revenue information
  • Reviewing and processing customer purchase orders
  • Customer contract review in accordance with the company management system
  • Communicate with management regarding sales order requirements
  • Creation and management of customer cost trackers
  • Capture KPI's and data analysis as and when required

DESIGN ENGINEER

We are recruiting for a design engineer to support the creation of design concepts, layouts and manufacturing drawings for the Oilenco downhole tooling product portfolio. Reporting to the lead design engineer, the role includes the creation of new designs and maintaining existing designs that meet necessary client specifications as well as design standards and engineering practices. The role will be responsible for creating innovative designs and high-quality 2D and 3D engineering drawings taking a tool from concept to manufacture supporting the Oilenco team through assembly and testing as required. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high design standard with strong creativity and a meticulous eye for detail.

The main responsibilities for the role include:

  • Assisting in design of new tools and modification of existing designs that meet specified performance criteria
  • Producing design calculations and conceptual design work
  • Drafting manufacturing drawings
  • Liaising with the customer as required to accurately interpret requirements
  • Sample measuring
  • Revision control of technical documentation and sales order project management
  • Produce test instructions, reports and technical manuals
  • Actively participating in design reviews
  • Assigning part / assembly numbers
  • Assist in supervision and training of design trainees

WORKSHOP/OFFSHORE TECHNICIAN

We are recruiting for a workshop/offshore technician for our Westhill facility. Reporting to the workshop supervisor, and working alongside the full workshop team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment as well as allocating and preparing tooling for offshore projects and supervising offshore operations. The workshop/offshore technician also has the responsibility for, but not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Assembly and servicing of equipment
  • Supervising onshore testing involving Oilenco equipment at external locations
  • Leading offshore operations involving Oilenco equipment
  • Preparing and completing inspection reports and test sheets
  • Pressure testing as and when required
  • Safeguarding health and safety, and that of any other person who may be affected by your actions
